Month and a half in "has been handed over to carriers for transportation"

Greetings, my package (LV334415875CN) has been stuck in that position ever since 11/12, no new moves, no nothing, and the store won't even answer. Is my package in transit, or is just stuck there? I put this order in october and we are almost in january, so I'm getting kinda nervous on what's going on.

Hi Proxy,

E-packet is slow to Spain at present. It was delivered to the carrier transport on August 11 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Spain after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
