Half of order stuck (LS254571182CN)

One half of my order has been stuck in transit (Origin Post is Preparing Shipment) since March 28th. The other half already arrived a month ago even though they were shipped at the same time. I realize that COVID impacted service, but I would appreciate some kind of update. Thank you!!

It didn't pass the check and returned back on May 5. It's delivered to air transport again on May 6. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
