MORE 180DAYS NOT DELIVERED PARCEL

I sent a parcel to india on july 11th 2021 from xiamen Dongdo post office , still now ( till 14/01/2022) i haven't received the parcel, and from 28th july the tracking shows the parcel in HK, I been to post office many times to inquire about this parcel, but they says they dont have any idea about the parcel.
I have visited dongdu postoffice xiamen on 16/11/2021 as per the staff fill some forms and sent to HK to inquire about the parcel, many times i called them to inquire and even after 2 month post office staff replied the HK department did't give any reply.
