First of all, I placed the order on August 16th and the product was in China Post's hands on August 25th. On August 28th, it was shown on the website as China Post Handed over to Guangzhou Airlines, and it's been about 15 days and there has been no movement. Where is my product? Is it lost? When will this product be on the plane and sent out?

It usually takes about 10-20 days to reach the destination after handed over to Guangzhou Airlines. You'd better wait for more days to see.
