My EMS package is stuck for 21 days, why? And when will I get it?

I have 2 packages coming from China to USA,
Both were shipped via EMS, tracking: EV735137079CN and EV735137065CN.
Please help me understand this delay and how to get my packages sooner.

Hi Kirill,

They are delayed in Beijing now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If they are stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
