My order tracking # XY2387190614YQ I ordered on December 13th it shows some updates but why is customs keeping the package when will it show updates?!!!

My package tracking number XY2387190614YQ this has to be the worst delivery I’ve ever made! I don’t understand how this can show it’s in transit it’s being held or processed then is here in the united state out for delivery then delivered Which I never received so frustrating so disappointed

Daisy thank you for the update but now the package says delivered which I never received everything is off the dates and times everything been checking this over a month I was scammed
It hasn't passed the customs check now. You'd better wait one more week to see. If it's still stuck there, you need to contact the seller give you a solution in time.
