My order stuck in some place without name already for 13 days

Hi! My order LZ733793488CN was sent 20-03-2021, according to the tracking system 26-03-2021 it landed somewhere "in the port" and stuck. Could you please tell me where it stuck and for how long? When can I receive my parcel?
