I have tried contacting the shipper, they keep asking questions if I checked places. I have gone to my USPS that stating it was sent to, and was delivered from and there was no record. It stated it was to got there sunday 4/27 and then states that it was out for delivery Monday, which makes sense, but stating delivered but it was not. ZP01239546401 is tracking information.

I placed an order in early March online with a merchant that did not advertise shipment from China. When I realized that is where it was shipping from I immediately tried to cancel and they ignored my request. A week later I got an email stating that the order had shipped. Then a few days after that I got another email with a tracking # stating I would receive the order within 10-15 days. It shows Chengdu, delivered to air transport on 3/23/20 but then nothing. I am moving in 2 weeks and was wondering if I will receive my package before then? Here is the tracking # LY028722343CN

It's stating that the parcel has been delivered but I know for a fact it hadn't. There's no proof of delivery for starters and I'm on maternity leave and I don't leave the house so it hasn't been delivered and I've asked my neighbours they haven't got it either
