Hi Robert Price,

May be. I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. You'd better track it and once find it's delivered and you don't get it, contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
