Hi! my package was sent at the beginning of June by China post air parcel and until today there was no tracking update. my tracking code that the seller informed me is CP404422773CN
I want information about whether or not it was sent and when it will be sent.

Hi Daniela,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
4. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
