My parcel is in Customs since 12th December 2024, with the mention, clearance completed and I don't see any evolution. Can you tell me why? I'm waiting for your answer.

My package number is AM148288819CN
It cleared US Customs March 2nd, and there haven't been any updates since then. Where is it? 16+ days with no updates when it's done with all the time-consuming steps already is ridiculous. Is it lost? Did it get lost in the processing facility?

My package says arrived at destination but there is no more update since 2025-07-21.
