My package completed US customs 16 days ago. Still no update!

My package number is AM148288819CN
It cleared US Customs March 2nd, and there haven't been any updates since then. Where is it? 16+ days with no updates when it's done with all the time-consuming steps already is ridiculous. Is it lost? Did it get lost in the processing facility?
