My package has been "in trasit" with no updates for weeks

Hello. I ordered a package from the United States on October 5th, 2021. It made it to China on October 17th, 2021, but as of today (November 8th) is still listed as "in transit" with no new updates. The tracking number is UM571751390US and the last status update says:

October 17, 2021, 2:49 am
Departed
BEIJING, CHINA
Your item departed a transfer airport in CAPITAL, BEIJING, CHINA on October 17, 2021 at 2:49 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

What is happening with my item? I would like to get it. Thank you.
