My question is this . Its been sitting in China for 63 days as of today . When Can I see it being shipped out . Or can it be return back to the company I ordered the item from So I can get my money back . I been told by the company I ordered from will not return my money because of the fact its been shipped. Well no one can really tell me when it can shipped to me . Since its still in your control . Can you just return it to them. So I can get my money back. Please let me know . If this can be done . My package has been sitting at Shanghai since 5/5/20 and it’s now 5/18/2020. The seller promise delivery on 5/4/20. I haven’t received any updates since. I order the same product twice from China.
