I want to know when my package (Tracking #LY1051568255CN) is going to leave Shanghai. It has been listed as being there since 4/17 but there hasn't been any update since then and it's now 13 days later.

LY1051568255CN is not a right tracking number.

I gave the wrong tracking number when I asked my questions. The correct number is LY105158255CN. I want to know what is going on with my package, which has been sitting in Shanghai since 4/17... which is 14 days! When is it going to ship to the U.S.?

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have further update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
