Hi,I recently ordered a package and it has been shipped, however it is stuck on "Airlines received." for almost 6 days now. I was wondering if you could update me on my package.I hope the package isn't lost,because this is the longest I've waited for a package to be delivered to my place.

My order: EB809606559CN seems to be stuck in "Plane arriving".
How is it possible for a status to be 'Plane arriving'? I mean, is it in the air, and they update the status before landing? I don't understand.

It also seems a bit strange that in the history, it says 'Airlines received' up to 5 times:
