My package was shipped on May 14, 2020; the last update was May 23, 2020 when it said "Shanghai, has been handed over to the airline transport." Two and a half months later, it hasn't moved and when I enter the tracking number, it is showing as "expired."
Could you look into this and tell me what the next steps are? I would really love to receive this package. Thank you!
