4 months no package Expired

I placed an order and it shipped four months ago. Two months ago it said the flight departed but it has not moved since. Now it’s saying the tracking number has expired. The tracking number is EB728702793CN

Hi Lauren,

It's not normal for it. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
