My package is going back to its original shipment location

Hi, my order RV531197479CN has been shipped 20 days ago from foshan . i was checking tracking number and everything looked fine( item was in guangzhou and beijing). right now my package is going back from beijing to foshan and i dont know why? is it going to be shipped? SHould i ask for a refund or is it too early?

Hi Stefan,

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and was returned back to Foshan city where the seller is located. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
