Hi Lianny,

It's not lost. It's still stuck at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station now. You'd better wait another ten days to see if there is any update. If it doesn't move for over a month, better contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

this is the tracking number LY550370245CN. My package has been stuck in the Shanghai Exchange Station since the 21st of November and was expected to be delivered by December 10th. I haven't gotten anything yet. Something else I bought the same day same already so I am confused as to why it is stuck.
