My package jumped to delivered on May 12th, but I never recieved any package?

It was stuck in customs forever until suddenly it jumped to being in transit for a day to being delivered but I haven't recieved anything. Where is my package?

Hi KB,

Yes, it was delivered on May 12 but it's not delivered by DHL Paket in Germany. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
