Could you help me to find my box CP293591144PL? It's return package. It looks like that this package is in customs office since 12/08/2024. When can I expect the customs clearance procedure to be completed?

It's waiting for the receiver to submit cargo declaration materials or go through return procedures now. The receiver should have got the notice. You need to contact the receiver to do that, or it couldn't be passed.

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
