My package returned to beijing for the 8th time

I have been waiting for my package for days but each time i check my tracker i find out that the package got returned to beijing, now i'm officially worried about my package is it gonna make it or not, if not then i'm gonna ask for a refund.

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund.

UW653021468CN is the tracking number. Every time it leaves Beijing tracking says it will be returned but seller does not receive any return information either. After a day or so, tracking will update that it is still in transit but has been returned more than 3 times. It has also been more than a month since it was shipped. Please why does it keep being returned and then continued?
