Returned to sender?

Was returned to airport twice because of "Beijing, Beijing Speed International return, note: security return" however on the second time there was a tracking update saying "Beijing, Import Customs Release" and then the package seems to be back on the way to the sender. There has been no tracking updates in 10 days, does this mean the package has been returned or is waiting to be resent?

It's returned back to Zhengzhou where the seller is located now. Better contact the seller to give you a solution.
