My package says delivered but never arrived at my home

The website where I purchased my order has an IP that is not traceable. All I have is the tracking number. The package says delivered but never arrived at my home and no one is responding to my emails. I believe the company is fraudulent. If the tracking number AS811215574CN is real, where can I get my package?

My dog would have barked if someone knocked or rang the bell. They said they tried at 2:57. My husband was home. No one came to the door. I was home all day today and no attempts. What do I do?
