My package was sent now?

My other old packages I bought had arrived here in around 12 days before ir was handed by airline.
But my current order was handed by airline in this month 15, it said it had left the depparture country already but it was updated today and it says it was "despached to overseas"
What does this mean? My package didn't left China in those 10 days in Airline?
Here's what i got:
-Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to **/**)
2019-11-25 19:11:07 [GMT+8]
Depart from transit country or district
2019-11-25 19:11:00 [GMT+8]
Hand over to airline
2019-11-15 23:30:59 [GMT+8]
Order information received by carrier

It's sent by 4PX and left China on May 3. There will be update when it arrives. To my experience, it takes about 20-40 days to have update.

The status is Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to PK/KHI) of order number RB999911910SG and it says that it has left for destination country. PLease tell what Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to PK/KHI) means?
