My Package with AWB# RV208489015CN reached china is with the customs since october 31st..its been 39 day i need to know the status of this shipment.

It's stuck at the customs in Shenzhen.

My package AWB RV208489015CN is stuck with customs since Oct 31st... can i expect that it will be delivered or will i get a refund?
