My package with AWB# RV208489015CN

Hello, i see my package RV208489015CN is with Jinkou Customs since 31st October its been 53 days. I should have received it by now. What is the delay. Will i ever get my package. I cant take refund also from the shipper. I need my package delivered to India. I paid for shipping too. I dont understand why is it stuck with customs.

It's not normal. It's on the way back to the sender now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
