I have 5 packages in same times, but the another one stuck in arrival destination for 5 days, then the Germany clearance tell me that’s package not there, i have contacted my seller, they said waiting, it’s clear Germany clearance have said we don’t have ur pakage, my number tracking: LV905770844CN

Can someone please help me. I have 2 packages that have been stuck at arrival at destination since Dec 17 at 1300, and has not moved since. They were Christmas presents for my kids wondering when I will recieve my packages. Any updates would be helpful.

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on
Aircraft Arrival,Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination) for 18 days now. this is absolutely not normal, as many other parcels are passing customs in my country and it seems mine is stuck. seller is being very un cooperative, and not helping to investigate what's going on with my parcel. In your experience , what could I do to resolve this? I Am shipping to YYZ btw
