I’m trying to track my packet and on location it says CA, which perhaps stays for California? But my package shall arrive to Poland as the site I’m tracking it says as well.

Hi, I want to know what happens with my packet. The seller had send me the tracking number on 9 February, which is LL996490413CN. However there is no information at all for its movement. I contacted the seller and he said that there is a problem with coronavirus as the post office told him. Please, I'd like to know if parcels are really stuck in China and have not shipped yet. Please tell me where is my packet. Which is the location of this tracking number? Is there any more information about the shipping status of my packet?
