My packet was delivered in San Jose CA instead of Phoenix AZ

I ordered Face Masks on 4th April Visa below Order# from Amazon but I didn't receive it. The tracking status showing that it was delivered to some address in San Jose CA instead of my address in Phoenix AZ. Please check and advise as why it was not delivered to correct address and deliver me the masks asap.
