Il pacco contiene uno smartwatch AMAZFIT GTR che ho acquistato online da GearVita ma è arrivato non funzionante. Ho rinviato lo smartwatch a GearVita con il pacco EE445284334IT tramite POSTE ITALIANE, ma è stato bloccato alla dogana. Dal mese di dicembre del 2019 deve essere rinviato a me che sono il mittente. Sono trascorsi più di 6 mesi. Quando potrò riavere il pacco?
