My parcel is stuck in transit

I have a parcel with tracking code CP436526219CN and it has been stuck in transit from 14/05/2021 the tracking code says Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit. What does this mean ?

Hi Badr,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
