My parcel is stuck in transit for very long time

Hello,I need help on my parcel RE107536343CN. I have no information on it since August 7th (it’s been a month). My seller says it’s stuck in transit. My destination country is Lithuania.
Please help,what should I do?

Hi Tina,

It's in transit to Lithuania now. There is no update when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Lithuania after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
