I have a parcel to receive from the United States that has arrived to the destination City on May 19th, 2021 however, it has not yet been delivered to my home. What is the procedure in that regards?
According to the tracking my parcel arrived in New Zealand on the 18th December and cleared customs on the 21st December next the parcel shows it has arrived in the United States and has been delivered
