My parcel package

What the hell seems to be the problem ? My package with travking number LO911061535CN which I ordered the first week of march has been sitting in Shanghai transportation center since April 3rd. Its been almost 7 weeks total shipping time. The normal shipping time for this product was stated in an email o be 7-14 days. Now ith Corona I understand a bit longer. But this is ridiculous that you bafoons are holding packages. Ship the dmm thing alredy.

Hi Randy,

It was delivered to air transport on March 27 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

Please, can you help me to determine, where is my parcel?
The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

I would appreciate it if you could help me locate my package. Thanks to the parcel tracking system I found out that my parcel has been delivered on the 09th of August. As I don't have it I am interested to know where exactly it was delivered to?
