PARCEL NOT RECEIVE

I sent a parcel through Nigeria post office on 14th october,2018. I track the parcel it has not arrived the province but the receiver has also not got the parcel till now. Please help me verify the update where the parcel is.This is the tracking Number: RR054576238NG

It has been over five months that the receiver has not got it. It must be lost on the way. You'd better contact Nigeria post to ask for compensation.

on way since 3rd/10/2019 .. its a B/Q this is the tracking number I have been given and it shows item still at airport . I have sent several emails to seller and they say it will take time but im worried .can you advise please

It arrived in Langley on Jan. 22uy. I suggest you wait for another ten days to see if you could receive it. If not, contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
It may be delivered to some other place. In normal, it should be delivered by USPS but it wasn't. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

Sorry, we don't know the seller's information. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in UK. So, you can't get more update after Ocober 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
