My parcel stuck at somewhere over fifteen days: status is "Ningbo, Zhejiang Province".
Item out of sorting center - location 31500036

From the tracking information, it's still in transit to the destination now. You'd better contact the receipient in China to call China Post service number 11183 to check it.

French tracking number is : CC970862996FR or EB970862996FR.
I gave you before Chinese tracking number (11515297086299) that someone from France post office give me as your reference but you said me it is not a Chinese tracking number.
I think here they don't know your reference number or made a mistake in giving me. Then I called again to check and obtain your Chinese tracking number and they answer me WE DON T KNOW THEIR NEW REFERENCE NUMBER CHINA TRACKING NUMBER.

My problem with the exactly tracking number the seller given this number WUYOU1111231702 but this number not work with my country post my issue now I lose my parcel because of the number tracking. Now if you give me the exactly number of tracking like this for example : (RL*********CN) when I get this number I can found my parcel in my Country post immediately.
