My parcel says “Arrival at the Destination” for 10 days now, what does this mean

My tracking number is CY001720794CN. The package has not arrived yet so i don’t know what destination it means

Hi Austin,

The destination is not Canada but a middle location. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Canada.

The status of my parcel says "arrival at destination" since for the last 5 days since august 11,2023. I have checked the national [post office here they said your parcel is not arrived. so what is mean by" arrival at destination". or when will my parcel arrive.
