I have tracked parcel to Auckland customs on the 9th Jan 17. We are now a month over and yet I have not yet received my parcel.... if parcel has not arrived by the 14th March 17 I will be requesting it to be resent

The status of my parcel says "arrival at destination" since for the last 5 days since august 11,2023. I have checked the national [post office here they said your parcel is not arrived. so what is mean by" arrival at destination". or when will my parcel arrive.
