My parcel stuck on airline departure for more than 10 days

Hi. My parcel with LV454185927CN arrived at the transit station and status updated to airline departure in 5 days. Since then it has not updated. Where is my parcel? Is it lost? I saw other examples where it only took a couple of days after airline departure to reach country of destination. Please let me know how long I should wait? I already contacted the retailer and they said to wait. Thanks.

Wait for more days to see to it arrives in Canada please. There will be update when it arrives. E-packet usually takes about 20-40 days to reach after airline departure.
