Hi - my parcel has been at ‘airline departure’ (航空公司启运) for 12 days. Can you tell me what is happening please? Many thanks for any help. The tracking number is EB758374442CN

Hi Rosie,

Airline departs on Dec.26. It usually takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I've ordered some clothes from shein and I havent seen any updates for almost a month, this is my tracking number: EB756972726CN, can someone tell me how much longer do I have to wait for my package? because this never happened when shein worked with DHL.
This is the last updatre that i saw on december 14: Airline departure.
