I am confused with the status of my parcel, first it was that my parcel was given to a courier then it’s my parcel is “terminated”. I need help, cause I spent a lot of money on my parcel and need a solution. Please help me

Hi tee,

According to the latest tracking information, it would be left Shanghai on October 16. You'd better contact Royal Mail to further check it for you as it has been stuck for over a month now.
