My item status has been stuck on
"Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility" since 5th May 2020.
May I know where is my item now? It is still in China?
This item are send to Malaysia, and I would like to change my shipping address if possible.

The item is still in Chin anow. It's sent by 4PX, the address couldn't be changed after it's shipped. You can only contact Malaysia Post to change it for you once it arrives in Malaysia.
