Parcels no update 8 weeks

Hi I have 2 parcels to Australia and it is stuck in cleared awaiting international departure. This status was updated twice. I don't understand what is happening. Is it by air or sea? Are there no flights to Australia?

Hi Maria,

There is few flight to Australia that makes them delayed. To my experience, it should be reached in this month. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive them within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi the seller advised there will be delayed shipping which I am ok with. I'm concerned the parcel is going to be lost in transit since it has been so long

Where are my parcels at the moment? Some of them are stuck for weeks at the same place. I am waiting for the tracking status to change, in some cases, for weeks. It is absolutely frustrating to wait for ages for these parcels to get delivered. Why must EMS be so terribly slow, while DHL is much much faster? and why is the tracking system of the EMS such a mess and so intransparent?
