My two parcels have not had an update for the last 2-3 weeks. Is it stuck or on the way?

They are still stuck in Guangzhou, China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If they are stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

I returned a faulty product (a xiaomi projector) and the package has been stuck in Guangzhou for 4 weeks now. PayPal won't pay me back my money until there is an updated on the package.
