Why hasn't my package been delivered? Nobody has contacted me. I need my RETURN to be delivered so I can get my money back.

I sent the RETURNED goods from the US on May 7, 2025. It is now June 17, 2025 and the tracking still says "in transit with the carrier." When will it be delivered?

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay tax now. You can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program(微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' if you are the receiver. If no, you can also help the receiver to pay taxes by clicking '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay the finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.

My parcel seems to be stuck for the last 2 weeks saying the following -
It appears to have been sent on 3 flights and the last one was 25/5 but no update since then. Is it lost? Normally when I use this seller it takes 2-3 days to fly to he UK but I am worried its lost as its never been delayed like this and there is normally an explaination.
