My shipment is now showing that its out for delivery as of yesterday, however, nothing has been received or updated since. Can you please advise me if I am going to receive my scooter i ordered and if so when?

I have been going through hell trying to find my package that is suppose to be shipped to me by China Post 3 weeks ago and I was suppose to get the package 2 days after I ordered it and I can not seem to figure out how to track it through you guys I can't even call to talk to someone cause I can't find a number to contact you guys.
