never received the parcel, even though the tracking says otherwise

hello, i think that somebody has scammed me, and somehow managed to manipulate the china post tracking. i never received the parcel, which according to the tracking got delivered and got even signed for. can you please help me?

Hi,

My order tracking number is RB023918290SG. I bought a watch from ali express on 29 October 2020. I still haven't received it (Karachi Pakistan). As per tracking details t=my parcel was sent from china to Singapore and then to Karachi. My parcel left Singapore on 6 November 2020. After that there is no information of my parcel in any tracking data.
