Parcel not received



My order tracking number is RB023918290SG. I bought a watch from ali express on 29 October 2020. I still haven't received it (Karachi Pakistan). As per tracking details t=my parcel was sent from china to Singapore and then to Karachi. My parcel left Singapore on 6 November 2020. After that there is no information of my parcel in any tracking data.

Please help

Hi Dr. Laraib Zafar,

It should be stuck in Singapore due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is still no update in this month, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
