Hi Luiz,

It's still on the way to Italy now. If you couldn't receive it within two months, open a dispute and get your money back.

My parcel LW225667895US 's last tracking is dated from the 24th of December, that is almost a 7 weeks period. It says "delivery to carrier". No news since that. Can you help me and give me some more recent news or telling which carrier should have my parcel now?
